In this regard, the research team developed a patented technology for low thermal resistance bonding of heat sinks and power devices, which realized a fully metalized heat dissipation channel from LED chips to aluminum heat sinks, effectively reducing the thermal resistance of the system. The technical indicators of the products meet the requirements of the national pharmaceutical industry standard YY 0627-2008.

According to experts, compared with the traditional light source without shadow, the LED surgical shadowless lamp has the following advantages: the life of the light source is much better than the traditional tungsten halogen lamp, and the energy saving is over 40%; it has the characteristics of the chromaticity different from the traditional shadowless lamp, which increases the human blood and The color difference of other tissues and organs makes the field of vision clearer, which provides better guarantee for the success of the operation; no infrared or ultraviolet radiation can effectively avoid the water loss and infection of the surgical wound; the illumination of the working surface can be adjusted by the illumination remote control system, so that The light is more comfortable and reduces the visual fatigue of the doctor. A more than one year of clinical research conducted by the 21st Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University showed that this LED surgery shadowless lamp can meet the needs of normal clinical applications.
