Common operating procedures for heat transfer oil furnaces

Common operating procedures for heat transfer oil furnaces

First, the inspection of the heat transfer oil furnace before starting
1. Whether the heating furnace and its surroundings are clean and free of impurities, check whether the furnace body, temperature control device, hot oil pump, valve, pipe connection, etc. are normal;
2. Connect the process equipment and process to check whether the oil level of the expansion tank is above the 1/4-1/2 liquid level, and whether the thermometer, pressure gauge, etc. are normal;
3. Turn on the power supply of the heating furnace control cabinet, check whether the voltage is normal, check whether the indicator light and each display instrument are normal;
4. Adjust the pressure gauge and temperature control device to make the temperature control accuracy: ±1 °C.

Second, the heat transfer oil furnace starts
1. Start the heat transfer oil circulation pump (operate one by one, refer to the operation procedure of the oil pump), and start the pump for about 0.5 hour after normal circulation to make the pressure stable;
2. Press the heater start button to observe whether the temperature meter is within the set temperature range. If it is not within the set temperature range, the heater should be started again after troubleshooting.

Third, the heat transfer oil furnace shutdown operation
1, normal shutdown 1 gradually reduce the temperature, turn off the heater, stop heating;
2 When the temperature of the hot oil falls below 70 °C, stop the operation of the hot oil circulation pump (refer to the pump operation procedure);
3 Turn off the main power supply and make a record of the shift.

2. Thermal oil furnace emergency shutdown If the emergency shutdown due to emergency, the heater should be turned off quickly, and the hot oil pump should be operated to cool the heat transfer oil naturally to prevent overheating.
4. Precautions During the inspection, it is necessary to check whether there is leakage around the heat transfer oil furnace. There should be enough fire equipment in the vicinity of the oil and electrical equipment, and water is not allowed as the fire extinguishing agent;
