Electric fryer operation instructions

Operation instructions:

1. Check that the power supply is installed properly, and the power supply voltage must be consistent with the voltage of the stove.

2. The oil level line is engraved on the inner wall of the cylinder, and the amount of oil in the cylinder should be maintained during use. The maximum oil content is outside the “H” mark, indicating that the minimum oil content is marked at “L”, and the amount of oil can be used according to actual needs when used.

3. Plug in the plug, turn on the power, the green indicator light is on, and the current is supplied to the furnace. Rotate the thermostat clockwise to align the desired temperature scale value with the red dot position. At this time, the yellow indicator light is on, and the green indicator light indicates that the electric heating tube is working and the oil in the cylinder starts to heat up.

4. When the oil temperature rises to the set temperature, the thermostat can automatically cut off the power, while the yellow indicator light, the green indicator light is on, and the electric heating tube stops working. When the oil temperature drops slightly, the thermostat can automatically turn on the power, the yellow indicator light is on, the green indicator light is on, the electric heating tube resumes working, and the oil temperature rises. This cycle is repeated to ensure that the oil temperature is constant within the set temperature range.

5. The cylinder head is set to keep the cylinder clean and warm. When adding the cover, please pay attention to the fact that there should be no water on the cover to avoid the splash of hot water splashing into the tank.

6. A dedicated frying basket is available for frying smaller food items. There are hooks and handles on the basket. Dip the basket in oil during operation. When it is finished, lift the basket and hang it in the slot on the front of the cylinder to filter out the remaining oil. If the large food is fried, it can be directly placed in the oil cylinder for frying.

7. After the work is finished, please turn the thermostat counterclockwise to the limited position, and cut off the power supply to ensure safety.

8. When it is necessary to clear the old oil in the cylinder, it should be carried out after the oil temperature is lowered to normal temperature. First cut off the power supply, then take out the oil separator in the cylinder, and then withdraw the electrical box from the rear slot of the bottom box. At this time, the electric heating tube is completely separated from the cylinder with the electrical box, and placed in a clean place, conveniently Propose that the cylinder is thoroughly cleaned.

9. In order to make the stove safe and durable, the user should regularly remove the residue in the cylinder and the dirt on the electric heating tube. In order to keep the cylinder and electric heating tube clean for a long time.

10. The oil barrier in the cylinder is installed to protect the electric heating tube. When the food is fried, the oil shield must be placed in the oil cylinder.

11. A thermostat is installed in the electrical box, the operating temperature is 230 ° C, the manual reset temperature is <170 ° C, and the "overheat reset protection key" is installed below the outside of the cabinet. When over temperature, the protection key acts to protect. When you use it again, you should press the protection button to reset it before you can use it normally.

12. A micro limit switch is additionally installed in the electrical box. When the electrical box is inserted into the bottom box slot, electricity enters the electrical box, and when the electrical box is lifted from the bottom box slot, the power is disconnected.

13. New vegetable oil (or meringue oil) should be used, and old oil should not be used to avoid reducing flash point and excessive boiling.

Sixth, installation notes:

1. The voltage used by this device must match the supply voltage.

2. The user needs to install a suitable power switch and disconnect switch near the fryer.

3. A copper equipotential grounding bolt is arranged under the rear part of the box, and the 1.5mm2 copper core wire is used for reliable connection with the ground wire complying with safety regulations.

4. Before use, check whether the wiring is loose, whether the voltage is normal, and whether the safety ground is connected reliably.

5. When installing the cleaning furnace, do not flush the electrical box directly with water (or water column).

6. The installation of this stove should be operated by professional technicians.

caveat!

● Hand should be dry when installing and using, plugs and switches should be kept dry.

● There is fire risk below the minimum oil level, and the minimum oil quantity should be kept. It is forbidden to dry the electric heating tube.

● Do not flush the electrical box directly with water or immerse the electrical box in water for cleaning.

●Use old oil to lower the flash point and easily cause excessive boiling
●Frying too wet food and excessive loading will have adverse consequences
