(1) The transplanter's hand and operator should undergo comprehensive technical training before the transplanting period to fully understand the structure, performance and working principle of the transplanter, and master the operation essentials and matters needing attention.
(2) When starting the engine, put the main clutch handle and the planting clutch handle in the disengaged position; when shaking the starter handle, push it inwards to prevent bruising.
(3) When adjusting the amount of picking, it must be stopped and turned off. The main clutch must be cut off when making other adjustments, cleaning the door or separating the needle.
(4) During the transplanting operation, the board should be kept clean to prevent the turntable or other sundries from winding around the drive shaft or the universal joint; the operator must not use their feet to clean the weeds and mud between the walking wheel and the traveling gear box.
(5) Always check and tighten the bolts on the back of the box support to prevent the upper slide from being damaged due to the nut falling off.
(6) When the transplanter is changed, the clutch should be disassembled in time to prevent damage to the transmission joint member.
(7) The operator should keep his hands away from the stenosis when installing or arranging the seedlings to prevent them from being punctured.
(8) When crossing the field, pay attention to the door not being collided. Take over the board when crossing the channel and pass it slowly.
(9) When trapping in the transplanting operation, do not lift the transmission components such as elbows and sprocket boxes at both ends of the transmission assembly. Raise the shipboard or add a wooden bar between the wheels of the traveling ground to make the transplanter itself Climb out.
