Hydraulic oil press common faults and troubleshooting

1. The oil pump does not absorb oil

During maintenance, if the oil clogging the oil filter net, the oil filter net should be removed. The oil is used for too long. Because the deposit is attached to the oil inlet valve, the valve is not tight. The new oil should be replaced or the old oil should be filtered to clean the oil inlet valve. If there is not enough oil in the fuel tank, add enough oil to the fuel tank. If there is air in the oil pump, pull out the small piston and inject the oil before pressing.

2. The pump pressure is insufficient

During maintenance, if the valve is dirty or poorly sealed, it can be removed and washed and ground to make it close. If the screw plug of the oil inlet valve of the oil press is in poor contact with the valve seat, it can be removed and washed and then ground to make it close. If the oil press enters and exits the oil snail and the valve seat is in poor contact or is not tightened to cause oil leakage, the oil inlet screw plug and valve seat on the oil press can be ground to close or tighten the screw plug. If the gap between the small piston and the pump body is too large, the new pump should be replaced.

3. Oil cylinder and piston oil leakage

In the case of overhaul, if the bowl is decorated upwards, the cup should be replaced in the correct way.

4. Safety valve failure

During maintenance, if there is dirt in the oil and the steel ball valve is not sealed, the safety valve should be cleaned to remove dirt and close the steel ball valve. If the spring loses its elasticity and cannot withstand high pressure, replace it with a new one. If the adjusting screw is loose, the valve will be jumped when the pressure is not specified. The screw should be re-adjusted, and the pressure is up to the specified pressure before the valve is jumped. If the pressure is often overpressured, causing the ball to bruise the valve, the valve should be reground.
