Punching operation safety regulations

1, the fuselage and the electrical control box socket can not be connected to the excessive load, within 300W, otherwise it will damage the internal components of the machine.

2. Check whether the lubrication part is filled with lubricating oil before work, then start the punching machine and reflect whether the clutch and brake are normal, and run the machine for 1-3 minutes. It is strictly forbidden to operate when the machine is faulty.

3. When the mold is replaced, the power supply is first turned off, and the press movement department can start the installation and debugging of the mold after the operation. When the frame is mounted, wait until the flywheel has completely stopped before proceeding. When the mold is used, it cannot exceed the mold height range (within the upper limit and lower limit) of the punch. Otherwise, the press will be damaged; the mold can not be used to die, and there should be a gap of 0.02~0.04mm. After the mold is set up, shake the flywheel one turn to see if it can pass the mold (the over-die can't be too tight)

4. After the installation and adjustment is completed, move the flywheel by hand to test twice, and ensure that the punching machine can be started after it is correct.

5, must wait for other staff to leave the punching area, and take away the debris on the table before starting the power to start the punch.

6. After the punching machine is started, it shall be operated by one person for feeding and punching. Others shall not press the electric building or foot pedal switch board, and may not put the hand into the punching area or touch the moving part of the punching machine by hand.

7. When working on a punch press, it is forbidden to put your hand into the slider area, and it is strictly forbidden to take it by hand or off work. Appropriate standard objects must be applied when taking and leaving work in the die. During the manual feeding process, especially when the hand is inserted into the mold to assist the feeding, the emergency stop button must be pressed to avoid serious consequences.

8. If you find that the punch has a very loud sound or mechanical spoil, turn off the power switch at the emergency speed and check it.

Maintenance points of the press

1. Always keep the center column, the slider guide column clean, and keep the mold bottom plate free of dirt when the mold is placed to ensure the platform is clean and avoid scratches.

2. When the new machine is used for 1 month, add butter to the flywheel and feeder. If there is no refueling for a long time, it will cause internal wear of the flywheel, which will affect the performance of the machine tool. It will also need to be added for each maintenance.

3. The new machine will replace the machine circulating oil (32# mechanical oil or Mobil 1405#) within 1 month, and then replace it once every six months to ensure the normal operation and precision of the machine.
