Record theory of evolution

Record theory of evolution

Throughout the history of the recorder, it has gone through three stages: traditional mechanical analog meters, * generation of paperless recorders and networked multifunctional paperless recorders based on virtual technology.

Before 1995, basically a mechanical pen-and-paper recorder was used, which used a stylus to draw curves on recording paper to achieve the purpose of recording and storing data. Due to the complexity of the servo system of the writing head and the large number of mechanical moving parts, the reliability is poor. At the same time, the mechanical recorder has a single display mode (curve record), subsequent data processing is difficult, long-term operation cost is high (requires regular replacement of recording paper and ink) and other inherent defects.

In 1992, the International Instrument and Meter Exhibition was held in Beijing. The British P&G and the German B&H Company respectively displayed a new concept of paperless recorders. Domestic discipline companies were keenly aware of this major market opportunity, and then carried out imitation development. In 1996, Zhejiang University Central Controls took the lead in introducing the JL20 series of paperless recorders to the market. The paperless recorders use microprocessors, liquid crystal displays and semiconductor memories to completely overcome the shortcomings of mechanical recorders. It has become an indisputable fact that recorders have replaced mechanical recorders.

In the subsequent development process of the past ten years, the domestic paper products in the paperless recorder market occupied an overwhelming advantage, and domestic and foreign products were roughly at the same technical level. Although the product technology of foreign companies such as Honeywell and YOKOGAWA is more refined than domestic products, the accuracy of ±1.5‰ is better than the ±2.0‰ of the domestic product, but the price of more than 4 times makes the user discouraged. Up to now, there are more than 30 domestic recorder manufacturers, including Zhejiang University Central Control, Shenyang Lanshen and Hangzhou Pangu Xiamen Kezhen. The annual sales of these four companies account for about 90% of the total sales of similar products in China. In recent years, Hangzhou Luger Technology Co., Ltd. has occupied a place in the domestic market with its advanced product technology.
