The focus of the external inspection of steam boilers:

1. Whether the safety accessories are complete, sensitive and reliable, and whether the safety accessories are installed in compliance with relevant regulations.

2. If necessary, the pressure gauge can be inspected and the safety valve exhaust test can be carried out.

3. Whether the auxiliary equipment (fan, water pump) is operating normally.

4. Whether the automatic control equipment, signal system and various instruments are sensitive and reliable.

5, all kinds of door holes are strict, with or without leakage and corrosion.

6. The wall of the steam drum that can be observed in the combustion chamber, whether the water wall is normal, whether there is deformation or other abnormality.

7. Is the combustion stable? Does the chimney emit black smoke?

8. Whether the boiler wall, frame, platform, escalator, etc. are intact: whether the water treatment equipment is operating normally.

9. Whether the facilities of the boiler room meet the relevant regulations and whether the management is normal.

10. Whether the weld is visible in the visible part of the boiler, cracks (seam).
