4.1 Preparation before starting 4.1.1 Check if the electrical circuit connection is correct.

4.1.5 Before starting the machine, the test wheel must be turned by hand, and the filling and pressure of each side are adjusted separately, and the weight and hardness of the tablet are gradually reached to meet the requirements of the finished product.

4.1.6 Check whether the dry moisture of the tablet particles meets the requirements of the finished product.

4.2 Step by step according to the prompts of the man-machine interface before starting the machine.

4.2.1 Turn the handwheels by hand to adjust the filling and pressure to achieve the tableting requirements.

4.2.2 Start the motor switch and start the clutch after the operation is normal.

4.2.3 Regularly check the quality of the tablets. If the quality requirements are not met, adjustments must be made.

4.2.4 Pay attention to whether the sound of the machine is normal, encounter screams or strange sounds, stop immediately for inspection.

4.2.5 Before the end of the tableting, the remaining particles in the hopper should be tested and the feeding should be stopped.

4.2.6 Turn off the main motor and press the sheet to end.

4.3 Shutdown 4.3.1 Stop feeding before stopping. Wait until the filling material in the hopper is completely pressed to stop.

4.3.2 Press the main motor button, the main unit drive signal will be off and the main unit will stop running.

4.3.3 After the machine is stopped, wipe off the dust and stains on the surface of the machine, and open the door in the filter bag and the powder storage tray, and record the operation of the equipment.

4.4 Adjustment of each mechanism 4.4.1 Adjustment of the upper pressure wheel safety device: The upper cover of the tablet press is an integral casting body, and the left and right slots are provided with a pressure roller which is sleeved on the crankshaft and has a lever connected to the cylindrical spring at the outer end of the shaft. When the pressure on the pressure wheel surface is too large, the eccentric force of the crankshaft increases and compresses the spring, increases the distance between the upper and lower pressure rollers, reduces the pressure, and thereby protects the safety of the die. The pressure adjustment wrench rotates the long screw to change the length of the spring so that the spring pressure is just the pressure required by the tablet.

4.4.2 Adjustment of the upper track device: The track plate is in the shape of a circle, surrounded by a heat-treated track piece, fastened with screws, and the groove of the upper punching tail moves along the convex edge of the track, and is regularly raised and lowered.

4.4.3 Adjustment of the punching table device: The turntable is made up of 33 vertically aligned die holes around the whole casting body. The sub-die is installed in the hole, and the whole is sleeved on the fixed vertical shaft. The worm is driven during operation, and the whole turntable Hold the entire die for a clockwise rotation.

4.4.4 Adjustment of the outer casing of the turntable: The outer casing of the turntable is merged into a circular ring in four pieces, and the turntable is wrapped in the middle. The bottom worm gear and the worm are all enclosed in the cover, and the front and back are semi-circular and transparent. The board can observe the operation and prevent the intrusion of dust and debris from the outside during work, and ensure the quality of the tablet to meet the hygiene requirements.

4.4.5 Adjustment of the feeding device: The hopper is a set of a cone-shaped bottom shape and a monthly reflux-type feeder. The front feeder is a pressing plate for the mechanical pressure roller, and the rear feeder is for supplying the right pressing piece. The device of the feeder should be careful that the plane should be calibrated to the surface that will touch the table, generally 0.05-0.1mm. Powder adjustment method: There is a knurled screw at the top of the hopper rack. In order to adjust the height of the hopper and control the flow rate of the powder, the height must be based on the size of the particles and the filling amount. Observe that the accumulation of powder in the grid feeder is not spilled, and a small number of loops are qualified. After adjustment, the side knurled screws should be tightened.

4.4.6 Adjustment of the main body and the lower rail device: The main body is a box shape, and the pressure roller is installed in the left and right slots. The plane round side outer casing has two pairs of heat-treated rails, which are fastened with screws and are rushed in operation. At the time, its tail is embedded in the track groove and moves up and down with the slope inside the groove. There is a round hole at the end of the front rail, which is covered with a disc to press between the devices.

4.4.7 Adjustment of the lower pressure roller adjusting device: the lower pressing wheel is installed in the slots on both sides of the main body, and it is sleeved on the crankshaft. The outer end of the crankshaft is equipped with a helical gear and a pot connecting rod, and the worm is rotated, and the helical gear is passed through the helical gear. Slow down and do a slight amount of rotation. When the eccentricity of the crankshaft is upward, the pressure roller rises, the pressure increases, and the thickness is thinner, thereby controlling the thickness and softness of the tablet. The table mark is from 0 to 10 indicating the increase or decrease of the thickness of the tablet. Since the helical gear has a self-locking action, it is allowed to adjust during operation. However, after adjustment, the middle star handle should be tightened.

4.4.8 Adjustment of the filling adjustment device: The filling adjustment mechanism device is inside the main body, and a moon-shaped filling rail can be observed in the plane of the main body, which is controlled by a spiral to rise and fall to control the filling amount, and the front rail is a control left pressing wheel. The weight of the tablet, the rear rail is the weight of the tablet for controlling the right pressure roller, and the scale of the table on the disc is from 0-45 equal to 0.01mm per grid. When turning the disc for adjustment, the amount of filling to the right increases, and decreases to the left.

4.4.9 Adjustment of the rotating shaft with clutch device: The horizontal shaft of the transmission shaft is in the bearing bracket with a worm in the middle, the test hand wheel at the front end, and the conical disc clutch at the rear end. When the switch handle position is vertical, the switch tends to the left side. When the vehicle is parked, the contact of the clutch is transmitted by the pressure of the cylindrical spring. If the load of the machine exceeds the pressure of the spring, the slip occurs, so that the machine is not seriously damaged.

4.4.10 Adjustment of the suction device: The suction box is an aluminum long-opening and unthreading on the right side of the machine base. The blower is driven by a V-belt, not the powder storage chamber, and the upper left side is the dust filter room. There is a round filter bag inside, when the blower works, the suction is generated, so that the fly powder and the powder falling from the die fall into the powder storage chamber through the powder suction tube, and the gas turns into the filter bag to filter, the gas There are still particles in the filter bag left in the filter bag. Therefore, after using for a certain period of time, the powder particles in the filter bag and the powder storage tray are opened.

4.5 Precautions 4.5.1 The powder content in the granules should not exceed 10%. If it is not qualified, do not press hard, otherwise it will affect the normal operation and service life of the machine and the loss of raw materials.

4.5.2 Do not use raw materials that are not dry, it will stick the powder on the punch.

4.5.3 If there is a jumper or stagnation in the movement, it must not be taken by hand to avoid accidents.

4.5.4 After the end of production, wipe the machine dust clean and make the equipment work.
