When removing the graphite cylinder pad, the remaining old cylinder pad that adheres to the plane of the body and cylinder head must be removed. Due to the unevenness of the debris that adheres to the contact surfaces of the engine body and the cylinder head, after the cylinder head is mounted, the pressure of the cylinder gasket is impractical, and the impact of the high temperature and high pressure gas during the diesel engine operation cannot be endured, and the cylinder gasket is easily damaged.

Second bogey to install the piston pin does not warm the piston

When the aluminum piston expands when heated, there is a certain degree of tightness when the piston pin is inserted into the piston pin hole at room temperature. When installing, the piston should be heated to about 90°C in oil or water beforehand. Then, remove the piston. With hot hands, the piston pin can be smoothly pushed into the piston pin hole (note the assembly direction).

Three avoid replacement valve does not grind

In order to ensure the valve's tightness, when replacing valves and valve seats, first use a valve reamer with an appropriate angle, apply the abrasive paste between the valve and the valve seat, and grind it with a valve grinder or hand until grinding. Strips 1 to 1.5 mm wide, neat and dark gray. To inspect the valve sealing method: Wash the valve assembly and reinstall it on the cylinder head according to the original position. Pour gasoline from the intake and exhaust ports respectively. Observe that there is no leakage at the joint between valve and valve seat after 1 to 2 minutes. The phenomenon indicates that the seal is good.

Four bogey pads on the back horn or paper

Crankshaft journal and bearing wear beyond a certain range, so that the gap increases. At work, oil leaks and oil pressure decreases, resulting in poor lubrication, increased wear, and an abnormal percussion sound. Repair method: The crankshaft should be removed and sent to a repair shop for grinding with a crankshaft grinder, and a thickened bearing bush with a size adapted to restore its original performance. For example, on the back of the bearing pad or paper, not only can reduce the gap between the shaft and the tile, but also when the crankshaft under pressure to deform the bearing, damage the original gap, especially pad, can greatly reduce the heat transfer performance.

Five bogey to change the oil indicator to wooden clogs

After the diesel engine is started, the oil indicator rises, indicating that the diesel engine is well lubricated, and the oil injection hole is exposed so that the oil is sprayed from this hole and the crankshaft mechanism is lubricated to make the diesel engine work properly. However, some operators found that the oil indicator was damaged, pulled it out, thrown it out, and put it into the raft. The raft will block the oil jet hole, and the rocker mechanism will not be lubricated to accelerate the machine wear.
