In order to restore the technical condition of the agricultural machinery as soon as possible and make it “strong and strong” into spring plowing production, we will now introduce technical measures for repairing frozen agricultural machinery.

1. Clean the outside of the agricultural machine. The farmer deals with the outside of the farm and carries out a thorough cleaning. Clean debris on the external surface of the agricultural machine, residual snow water, etc., and dry it with a rag to keep it dry and clean.

2, clear ventilation holes. Clear the ventilation hole on the cover of the diesel engine fuel tank to remove the residual snow and rust and block the ventilation holes to prevent the formation of vacuum in the fuel tank and affect the continuous oil supply. Clear the ventilation holes on the crankcase to prevent engine oil deterioration and oil leakage after work.

3. Clean the fuel supply system and air filter of the diesel engine and remove the remaining residual snow. The air filter is the best replacement for paper, and the aging of the plastic tubing should be replaced with new ones.

4. Clean the diesel engine oil pan and replace the oil that meets the regulations.

5. Repair or replace the deformed parts and the triangle belt and the frozen water tank.

6. Check the tightening of the bolts and nuts of each department and find that they are loose and tighten. Remove rust on the hinge joints of each lever and apply grease.

7. Check the gear oil in the gear box of the tractor and the rotavator coulter, and replace or add it if necessary.

8, check the tractor clutch work, if not normal to be adjusted.

9. Add fuel oil, engine oil and cooling water, start the engine for trial operation, and identify any problems that should be eliminated.

10. Wherever conditions permit, agricultural implements shall be stored in dry and ventilated storage sheds. For agricultural implements stored in the open air, they shall be covered with plastic sheeting to prevent wind and rain, and be parked on high ground.
