When the working part is clogged, it should be stopped in time to clear the blockage, otherwise it will cause the friction of the corn harvester to increase and parts to be damaged. 5 When the corn harvester turns or runs along the corn row, it should raise the header to the transport position. In the field where there is a ditch, the corn harvester can only operate along the ditch.

2, the operation of the test. During the first 30 hours of operation, it is recommended that the speed of the harvester be 20% to 25% lower than the normal speed, and the normal operation speed can be performed according to the working speed recommended in the manual. After the test run, it is necessary to thoroughly inspect the degree of assembly fastening of each component, the correctness of assembly adjustment, and the working status of electrical equipment. Replace all gearboxes and close the gearbox lubricant.

3, no-load test run. 1 Separate the engine clutch. The shift lever is in the neutral position. 2 Start the engine and engage the clutch at low speeds. When all working parts and various mechanisms are operating normally, gradually increase the engine speed until the rated speed, and then make the harvester run at rated speed. 3 During operation, perform the following checks: Start the hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic system in sequence Check the working condition of the hydraulic system, the sealing condition of the hydraulic piping and hydraulic components, and check the braking condition of the harvester (driving). After every 20 minutes of operation, separate the engine clutch and inspect the bearing for overheating and the transmission of the belt and chain, and the tightening of each connection. When all the gears are used in turn to join the working parts, the harvester is commissioned and the parts are taken care of during operation. The on-the-spot air-manufacturing time of the corn harvester is not less than 3 hours, and the air-trafficking time is no less than 1 hour.

4, before the test run. 1 Check whether the installation of the bearings and the high-speed rotating parts (such as the stem cutting device and the intermediate shaft) on the shaft is normal. 2 Check the tension of the V-belt and the chain. 3 Check if there are tools or extraneous items left on the working part of the harvester and all protective covers are in place. 4 Check if the fuel, oil and lubricant are in place.
