Pre-harvest mushroom management

The management of the mushroom house from the formation of pellicles to the mushroom growth stage is called pre-harvest management. It is roughly from early October to early November (early fall and winter). The main management work is to open the package in a timely manner, spur bacteria buds, appropriate amount of water, cooling induced mushroom bud formation.
When the fungal physiology matures, the temperature of the mushroom house is stable below 20° C., and pushing forward 20-30 days is the opening period. At high latitudes and high altitudes, due to geographical and climatic conditions, the ambient temperature during the entire cultivation of the fungal mass should not exceed 25°C. In order to adjust the activity of the mycelial enzyme, enhance the degradation and absorption of the culture material by the mycelium, and lay the foundation for mushroom production. Artificially increasing the temperature difference of the bacterium will facilitate the formation of the primordia. There are two types of open packages: one is to open the plastic film and then fold it back under the bacteria. The method is suitable for mushroom houses with poor moisturizing conditions; the other method is to remove the plastic film after unpacking, and put the mold pieces naked. On the tray, this method is suitable for the mushroom house with good moisturizing conditions, and is conducive to double-sided mushrooming. When using the box type cultivation, hold the bacterium pack with both hands, remove the bacterium, and put it on the cultivation shelf. The management method is the same as that of briquetting.
After unpacking, a square box was placed on the surface of the culture base using a special fungus knife to give mechanical stimulation. The scorpion line spacing is 3 centimeters, the depth is about 1.5 centimeters, and the slit is 1 to 2 millimeters for ventilation and moisture infiltration. After the fungus has destroyed the film of tough bacteria, it is convenient for water absorption and humidification. Spraying water is also a process to cool the bacteria. The vegetative growth stops during the growth of the fungus, and it turns into reproductive growth. After the fungus grows, the wounded mycelium is recovered and healed for 3 to 4 days to prevent the invasion of pathogenic bacteria. Then each day according to the temperature to determine the amount of each piece of water spray, during the day when the temperature is above 20 °C, only sprinkle water to the ground, if the water directly to the bacteria, produce high temperature, high humidity, easy to cause the bacillus to continue to thicken or cause bacteria Breeding caused by bad block; temperature at 15 ~ 20 °C, each block of spray 40 ~ 50 ml of water per day, divided into 3 times, mainly in the evening spray, water spray, the water droplets as fine as possible. Water temperature should be as close to room temperature as possible, and water quality should be neutral or acidic. After more than 10 days of spraying water, the water content of the bacteria gradually increased to 70%, and the finger mass was soft and the water droplets exuded.
