Feed additive processing technology

The processing technology of feed additives is a new technology that is produced through the penetration and combination of feed processing technology and pharmaceutical chemical processing technology. It requires high efficiency, low consumption, no cross-contamination, and continuous production. First, the process flow of feed additive premix processing process shown in Figure. Process of pre-mixed additives Thinner ↓ Dilution ← Dissolution ← Measure ← Iodine, Cobalt, Selenium, etc. Carrier and Additive Raw Material → Drying → Crushing → Sieve Powder → Metering → Mixing → Finished Product II, Process Points 1. Raw Material Selection Additives The requirements for raw materials are: 1 high animal absorption and utilization efficiency, high biological efficiency; 2 harmful heavy metal content in accordance with the required standards; 3 good palatability, no bad odor; 4 not easy to absorb moisture and agglomerate; 5 not easy to oxidative decomposition; 6 without electrostatic induction , Good fluidity; 7 particle size meets the requirements; 8 Purity meets feed-grade requirements; 9 Wide range of sources, reasonable prices; 10 No residue in animals, Harmless to humans. 2. Selection and Processing of Carriers Carriers must be capable of diluting trace elemental components, and must have good surface characteristics and water carrying capacity so that particles of small additive components can enter the concave surface of the carrier, and the pores should also have scattered particles. Good properties such as sex, fluidity, chemical stability, etc. Generally choose three powder, cake powder, steamed bone meal and other carriers. The moisture of the carrier should be below 10% and the fineness should be between 30 and 80 mesh. 3. Selection and Processing of Diluents Diluents are required to have chemical stability and do not react chemically and biologically with various diluted trace elements. The next is the similarity of the bulk density, that is, the bulk density of the diluted components is approximately equal to the thinner. The weight of the unit is about equal to the weight of the carrier. CaCO3 as a diluent, its bulk density of 2.7g/m3, and its low cost, a wide range of sources, animals can be well used as a source of calcium. 4. Treatment of toxic trace elements The trace elements such as selenium, cobalt, and iodine are highly toxic. Too much trace amounts of selenium, cobalt, and iodine in the feed can cause animal poisoning and must be treated specially. Hydration pretreatment is usually used to prepare the above three kinds of elements. After weighing it, it is dissolved in a certain amount of warm water, then sprayed onto the thinned diluent, mixed evenly, dried, crushed, and prepared for ingredients. 5. Drying Additives The raw materials often contain excess moisture and need to be dried. Usually, a temperature-adjustable electric oven is used as a drying device. After drying additives, the storage period can be extended, which is beneficial to the crushing process. 6. The crushing of various raw materials needed for production of additives needs to be crushed. For the three elements of selenium, cobalt, and iodine as diluents, special crushers are used to pulverize the crushing raw materials and sub-categories to the required fineness. Degrees, the coarse particles on the screen are crushed by the pulverizer again. 7. Ingredients generally use artificial ingredients, special persons responsible, personnel verification, the use of certain precision scales or platform scales, and some use electronic meters. 8. Mixing using a high-speed, sealed mixer requires no more than 0.3% residue in the machine. The order of feeding is to place the carrier first, then add the trace ingredients, mixing time 10-15 minutes/batch. 9. When measuring and packaging baggage feed additive, the quality accuracy standard is required to be 1/500, tight sealing, no leakage, with product quality inspection certificate, indicating the applicable object, adding quantity and using method.
