5. Two people are kept in the machine room while the machine is running (except for special cases). The amount of liquid in various accessory equipment should not exceed 80%.
6. When closing the car, first close the expansion valve. After the pressure of the low pressure system is lowered, close the suction valve, then close the electric switch, then gradually close the exhaust valve, tighten the seal collet, and close the cooling water after the Zui.
7. According to the actual use, the machine and its accessories are drained, cleaned, corrected, inspected and repaired. The pressure gauge should be calibrated every 6 months. If the pressure gauge is not normal, it should be sent to the inspection in time.
8. When the wave indicator is off when not in use, the above switch should be turned on before the switch is opened. It should not be too large. If a serious ammonia leak occurs, wear a gas mask and repair it. When opening the main switch of the freezer and installing the insurance, work should be done after parking and wearing pressure-resistant gloves.
9. The safety valve should be periodically checked and tested. For inspections, cleaning, calibration, pressure testing and other repairs and improvements, the original record should be made.
10. The emergency of the freezer should be stopped in time.
