Introduction to thin film evaporator safety control procedures

one. Installation 1. The product has been tested before leaving the factory, and the user can hoist the whole device to the equipment.

2. The equipment should be leveled as a whole. The leveling position can refer to the plane on the reducer frame. And fix the equipment on the floor or on the steel frame.

3. For equipment with larger specifications, in order to increase the stability of the equipment, the horizontal auxiliary support can be added to the appropriate part of the bottom flange. The auxiliary fulcrum only limits the radial displacement of the equipment and does not limit its axial displacement.

4. Prepare the pipeline according to the process requirements, clear the foreign matter, clean the replacement equipment, and turn on the power.

two. Preparation before driving 1. The product has been subjected to hydraulic pressure test and test operation before leaving the factory, and the indicators meet the requirements of the drawings.

2. Start the motor and check if the agitation meets the rotation direction required by the pattern. The top view rotates clockwise and must not be reversed.

3. Determine the radial oscillation and axial movement of the shaft at the mechanical seal to meet the pattern requirements. Also check the upper end of the mechanical seal and tighten the cap, and the cap should be in a tight state.

4. Check the oil level of the reducer, the oil level should be within the normal liquid level.

three. Normal driving 1. Turn on the circulating cooling water pump first, so that the hydraulic jet condenser is in operation. Open the concentrate container and vacuum valve.

2. Open the feed valve and draw the liquid into the equipment from the high level tank by means of vacuum.

3. Turn on the power, start the motor that rotates the thin film evaporator, and observe whether the motor rotates in the correct direction.

4. Slowly open the steam valve, let the steam enter the jacket, and then remove the non-condensable gas from the jacket after the bypass valve, then turn on the steam trap. Adjust the steam pressure to about 0.15Mpa.

5. Observe the discharge from the bottom mirror. It is strictly forbidden to operate under the condition that the equipment is filled with liquid.

6. After the system is stable for 5 minutes, sample and analyze the concentration of the concentrate, and adjust the opening amount of the feed valve to make the concentrate reach the desired concentration.

7. When the level of the concentrate container is full, follow the steps to switch to another container.

8. If the user's conditions permit, improve the height of the evaporator, you can use the two concentrate containers, or use the automatic speed control pump to directly extract the concentrate.

four. Normal parking 1. Turn off the steam valve first.

2. Close the feed valve.

3. After the liquid in the evaporator is drained, close the discharge valve.

4. Add about 60 degrees of flushing water to the evaporator and rinse the equipment clean.

5. Stop the motor.

6. Stop the circulating water pump, stop the jet pump, open the vacuum break valve, and make the system under normal pressure.

Fives. Emergency stop 1. Emergency stop in the following cases: 1) Sudden power outage or sudden trip.

2) The steam pressure reducing valve fails and the pressure exceeds the specified pressure.

3) The feed is suddenly cut off.

4) The machine has an abnormal impact sound.

2. Emergency stop sequence 1) Immediately close the steam valve and the feed valve.

2) Cut off all power and closed motor of the system.

3) The rest is parked in the normal steps.

six. Safety and Cautions 1) It is strictly forbidden to start the motor stirring without the liquid/full liquid.

2) Reverse operation is strictly prohibited.

3) It is strictly forbidden to touch the rotating parts during the running process.

4) Pay attention to the safety of electricity, and do not press the button with wet hands.

5) When the temperature inside the equipment exceeds 150 degrees, please give special instructions when ordering.

Seven. Maintenance 1) The gear oil of the gearbox is 40# oil, and the fueling amount should be within the indicated height. Too much oil will cause agitation and heat. If the amount of oil is too small, the oil film of the eccentric body shaft pump will be destroyed and the temperature will rise due to heat generation. Replace the secondary lubricant within 1 month at the beginning of use, and replace the lubricant within 3-4 months.

2) After opening the low head, unscrew the bottom bolt of the rotor U-shaped groove and check the scraper replacement scraper every four months.

3) Open the bottom bearing every two months, check the bottom bearing wear and replace the bottom bearing if necessary.

4) According to the nature of the material, the inner cylinder should be immersed and washed with warm water or solvent regularly.

5) Add sealing liquid to the mechanical seal chamber once a month, and the sealing liquid is 20# mechanical oil.
