What are the reasons for the lack of livestock and poultry manure as raw material for biogas fermentation?

Rural areas in China are actively embracing the national initiative to promote new energy sources, particularly in remote and less developed regions. Among these, biogas digesters have gained significant attention due to their environmental benefits, ease of use, and ability to generate substantial amounts of organic fertilizer. It's safe to say that biogas has become a powerful driver for rural development. However, as biogas projects have expanded, they have also brought about changes in traditional farming practices. The once common practice of small-scale household pig farming is gradually disappearing, which has affected the availability of raw materials for biogas digesters—mainly animal manure.
With this shift, the question arises: what can be done now? Fortunately, there's no need to rely solely on livestock waste. Agricultural crop residues, such as straw, can serve as excellent alternatives. However, these materials require proper preparation before they can be effectively used in biogas production. For instance, using a process like "garpy straw rot" can speed up the decomposition of the straw and break down its waxy outer layer. This makes it easier for methanogenic bacteria to work on the material, breaking it down further and producing hydrogen ions and carbon atoms. These then combine to form methane (CH4), the main component of biogas.
By utilizing crop stalks in this way, rural communities can maintain their biogas systems even as traditional livestock farming declines. This not only ensures a steady supply of renewable energy but also helps manage agricultural waste more sustainably. As a result, biogas continues to play a vital role in supporting rural development while promoting environmental protection and resource efficiency.
This classification mainly includes the aluminum or zinc alloy die casting parts using in Seed Opener area. In the die casting process, higher specific pressure is required, so that higher filling speed can be obtained.which is beneficial for alloy to overcome mold filling resistance.and effectively fill each part of the cavity. The Casting General Tolerance is Grade GB-CT4.
