When using the pulverizer, the user should pay attention to the following points in addition to the strict operation in accordance with the requirements of the product manual:

1. The crusher should select the power (motor or diesel engine) according to the specified supporting power, and select the speed of the supporting power strictly according to the rated speed of the spindle of each type of crusher, and the speed of the spindle should not be increased. The speeding of the pulverizer often leads to great safety hazards.

2. The motor must have a reliable grounding to avoid unnecessary accidents.

3. The pulverizer should be started under an empty load, then run for 2 to 3 minutes, and observe the machine without any abnormal conditions before feeding. Feed as much as possible even when feeding, and ensure that the motor works under rated load. Observe the bearing temperature should not be too high at any time. If there is overheating, stop the machine immediately to avoid damage to the bearing and spindle.

4. After the feeding is finished, let the pulverizer continue to run for 1 to 2 minutes. The materials in the standby are all pulverized and discharged before stopping.

5. When cleaning the blockage in the crushing chamber, adjusting the replacement hammer, sieve and belt, the power must be cut off, and the machine can be stopped before the machine is stopped to ensure safety.

6. Regularly check the hammer and flat teeth for cracks and wear. If you replace the hammer or flat tooth, you should try to choose the original accessories of the original manufacturer. At present, there are many hammers and flat teeth in the market. Users must be careful to purchase, so as to avoid damage to the machine caused by inferior accessories.

In particular, users should be aware that in order to avoid dust explosions, the crushing site should be spacious, ventilated, and equipped with reliable fire protection.

Under normal circumstances, the maintenance of feed mills mainly has three aspects of work.

Screen repair and replacement

The screen is made of sheet steel or iron. When the screen is worn or broken by foreign matter, if the damage is not large, it can be repaired by riveting or soldering; if the area is damaged, the new screen should be replaced. When installing the screen, the burr side of the screen hole should face inward, the glossy side should be facing outward, and the screen and screen frame should be tightly attached. When the ring screen is installed, the lap of the lap should be in the direction of rotation to prevent the material from getting stuck at the lap joint.

Lubrication and replacement of bearings

The bearings should be cleaned after every 300 hours of operation of the mill. If the bearing is oil lubricated, it is advisable to fill the bearing housing clearance by 1/3 when adding new oil, and the maximum is not more than 1/2. Just tighten the capped oil cup cover a little before operation. When the crusher bearing is seriously worn or damaged, it should be replaced in time, and pay attention to strengthen lubrication; if using tapered roller bearing, pay attention to check the axial spacing of the bearing, and keep the harvester at 0.2-0.4 mm. If there is discomfort, pass Increase or decrease the paper pad at the bearing cover to adjust.

Replacement of claws and hammers

Among the pulverized parts, the pulverizing claws and the hammer pieces are the wearing parts in the feed pulverizer, and are also the main components affecting the pulverizing quality and productivity. The pulverizing claws and the hammer pieces should be replaced in time after being worn. When the jaw crusher replaces the claws, the disc should be pulled out first. Before pulling out, first open the round nut lock piece on the back of the disc, use a hook wrench to unscrew the round nut, and then pull the disc out with a special puller. In order to ensure the balance of the rotor operation, it is necessary to pay attention to the complete set of replacement when changing the teeth. After the replacement, static balance test should be done to make the crusher work stably. Be sure to tighten the nut when assembling the jaws, and be careful not to miss the spring washer. The qualified parts should be selected when changing the teeth. The weight difference of the single teeth should be no more than 1.0-1.5 grams.

The hammer of the hammer mill is symmetrical. When the sharp corner of the hammer is blunt, it can be used on the reverse side. If both ends of the hammer are worn, the head should be used. When adjusting or adjusting the head, all the hammers should be carried out at the same time. After the four corners of the granule hammer are worn, they should be replaced all, and the weight difference of each group of hammers should not be 5g; spindle, disc, positioning sleeve, pin, After the hammer is installed, a static balance test should be performed to maintain the balance of the rotor and prevent the unit from vibrating.

In addition, the pin of the fixed hammer and the circular hole of the mounting pin are worn out, the pin will be gradually ground, and the round hole will be gradually enlarged. When the pin diameter is smaller than the original size by 1 mm, the diameter of the hole is larger than the original size. When the size is 1 mm, it should be repaired or replaced in time.
